Blandine has practiced yoga since 2004 and trained as a yoga teacher with The Devon School of Yoga in the UK. Yoga has become a way of life alongside her passion for healthy cooking and living, that she shares on her food blog Food Moods. Her approach to yoga is holistic and she get inspiration from different yoga traditions and styles and the various teachers that she meets. After the birth of her little boy, she trained to teach Postnatal Mum and Baby Yoga in Paris. Her classes focus on the link between breath, movement and mindfulness and will leave you relaxed, open, and ready to live life to your full potential.
