Mag discovered yoga in 2003. While being pregnant, she experienced the benefits of working on the breath, and Yoga as source of well-being and self-confidence.
She is a former lawyer, now a company director and mother of three, and has made yoga her third pillar of her life. Passionate about the holistic nature of the Yoga, she likes to draw from the traditions of the East and the West to create playful yoga classes open to all. The tools she uses (music, meditation and Indian philosophy in particular) provide joy and strength on the mat as in the daily life of her students.
She is trained in MBSR techniques and holds a certificate of professional qualification as a recreational sports instructor. Mag is a graduate of Studio SONIC (NYC) and certified YOGA ALLIANCE in Vinyasa (RYT 200). In 2016, she began a cycle of deepening meditation techniques at the Tarab Institute in Paris.
