Yoga came into my life more than 15 years ago through learning how to breath and relax. It was only during a stopover of several months in India that I had the experience of the asanas (postures) and of the Indian philosophy and Vipassana meditation in an ashram.

Diving in the heart of the country of my ancestors, I decided to extract the essence and to go further in learning a new way of life and did my first training in Yoga Therapy (200h Yoga Alliance) in the Kerala. My thirst for learning was exponential, I followed a training course in Ayurveda in the Kerala Ayurveda Academy and then a training in Reiki in Thailand whose courses were in psychiatric hospitals and with people with cancer and finally a training In Lithotherapy in France.  

Since then, I teach in different studios in Paris (Tiger Yoga Club, BeYoga, Caelo Yoga) and continue to train myself in Yoga every year: Yoga Psychology at Sivananda Ashram (100h) Yoga Vinyasa with Meghan Currie (200h Yoga Alliance) and in 2016 I started a new Yoga Sciences course (300h Yoga Alliance) with Suzanne Faith & Nico Luce, among others ... 

My Yoga style I teach is a slow but intense flow that works at the same time with breathing, endurance and connection to one's Self. The Shakti Yoga classes (1h30) integrate this dimension associated with Lithotherapy since the final meditation is done with semiprecious stones. I also teach 1-hour classes focusing on the flow (Hatha Flow) or the different breathing and meditation techniques (Pranayama & Meditation).
