I have been on a journey to the heart of yoga for over 20 years. Throughout this journey I traveled the world to meet great teachers and masters like Shiva Shakti Ma, Micheline Flak, Satyananda Saraswati and Shri Prem Baba.
After 12 years in Paris creating, practicing, and being on the fore front of forming individuals, I decided to temporarily change course. During this time I was the director the Paradise Yoga Shala located in Morocco, a magical space dedicated to the practice of yoga while facing the waves of the ocean.
Currently I’m back in Paris to share the joy of Yoga. With my classes I try to guide students with softness and kindness in their quest for power, accuracy and harmony. I try to teach from a creative and intuitive place.
My classes are a union of different traditional yoga: Vinyasa (Jivamukti and David Lurey), Raja Yoga (Sivananda and Satyananda), Yoga of the Pharaohs, Integral Yoga (Sri Aurobindo and Shiva Shakti Ma) and Yoga Nidra.
A class of my Intergral yoga can be summarized by: Vinyasa, Kundalini & Raja:
- Vinyasa: a solar and dynamic travel to entrench the body and awaken the inner strength of the Warrior and reveal the best of oneself.
- Kundalini: Work on the energy centers and the subtle bodies
- Raja Yoga: to integrate, in posture and seat, power and strength through exercises and breathing techniques, concentration, relaxation and meditation.
