I have a dance background. During my dancing time I started several approaches devoted to managing stress and improving learning. This lead me into individual counseling and I started teaching Brain Gym. At the same time, I wanted to deepen my knowledge on what fascinated me the most: body awareness. In 2005 I followed a functional analysis of the body in dance movement (AFCMD) with Yvonne Pair. I have subsequently continued to train myself in anatomy with Blandine Calais-Germain and Paul Grilley.

I started to train yoga in 2007. I first practiced Ashtanga Vinyasa before concentrating on Yin Yoga, which quickly became my preferred practice. I educated myself in Yin yoga in Canada with Bernie Clark, after with Sarah Powers (England) and Paul and Suzee Grilley (California).

Parallel to Yin, I specialized in the practice of yoga for monitoring mothers during pregnancy and after delivery (pre-natal yoga and mommy & baby yoga). My education on this began in 2011 with Sarah Perron and Laura Staton (New York) for mommy & baby yoga, and with the Institute of Gasquet for prenatal and postnatal yoga.

These formations have especially allowed me to combine yoga with my knowledge of anatomy, motor development of children and motor reflexes and posture. I obtained the "yogic education" of the University of Lille and since 2014 I am registered as a teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
