I was born in Cannes, France. I’m a registered Laughing Lotus and Vinyasa Yoga teacher. In 2015 I joined the Lululemon ambassador program and represent Lululemon at various events throughout Paris.
My understanding of working with the physical body began at an early age. At the age of 7 years old I was already competing all over France at rhythmic gymnastics competitions. This led me into a ballet dance career in France which finally brought me to New York. The Merce Cunningham dance school allowed me to practice Vinyasa in New York to cope with the hectic and demanding dance world as a way to alleviate the pressure.
After putting myself under intense daily practices with some of NYC best known teachers. I participated in the 200 Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) training in 2012 at the Sonic Yoga in Hell's Kitchen NYC. The same year I moved back to Paris, where my true teaching journey began. I continued to train myself by following training course at one of the best NYC yoga centers, Laughing Lotus Yoga Center. It is here where I discovered my true and passionate style of teaching.
A lotus class can be defined as: uplifting, innovative and a soulful journey. My practice is a combination of the timeless traditions of yoga fused with music and divine inspiration.
At the beginning of each class I ask my students to set an intention to their practice which they can come back to during the class. My classes are physically intense and sweaty at some times, but I always make sure to give variations to each pose so that beginners to advanced yogi’s can practice them.
