Acrovinyasa, Acro Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin
Acrovinyasa takes yoga from earth to air. Uniting elements of vinyasa, acro yoga and inversion training, this practice cultivates trust and community in a powerful way.
The core of Acrovinyasa is focused on synchronizing breath in movement, building strength and finding balance. Inspired by traditional yoga asanas and L-based acrobatic flying, this progressive yoga system includes both solo and partner practice. The aerial part revolves around one partner (the base) supporting the other (the flyer) in flying through the air in a sequenced series of yoga postures.
Bringing a refreshingly playful approach to an ancient tradition, Acro yoga feels more like a dance with gravity than physical exercise. Getting inverted with a partner is very empowering especially for people who may be fearful of supporting or being supported by others.
Aaron Kleinerman is an established Acrovinyasa teacher who travels the world with yoga, sharing this experiential practice. With his insightful knowledge in both human behavior and the essence of yoga, Aaron helps to completely shift your mindset and to build a better trust in yourself and others.
Open to all levels, including those who have never been to a yoga class before. Do something to completely let go of your comfort zone and see how your life changes. No need to bring a partner, but if you would like to, great!
Acro yoga has a way of breaking one free of limiting beliefs and empowering yourself from the inside out.
You can come alone, a partner is not necessary.
